Cookie: Whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, cheddar cheese, MILK, salted butter, and one of the following: beetroot, peanut butter or cheese.
Beetroot Beetroot is rich in anthocyanins which give it its famous purple color. Anthocyanins have both anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, which help to protect against cell damage.
Cheese Cheese is a good source of dietary calcium important for healthy and strong bones and teeth.
