Premium Courier DHL (£5.95)
Sent via DHL. Guaranteed next day delivery. Fully tracked service. Signature will be required at delivery address.

You will receive emails with the delivery slot and will have the ability to rearrange delivery at a more suitable time.
Delivery:
European delivery dates are estimates and typically take on average 3-5 days. We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international delivery. Deliveries can be subject to delays from customs clearance of the destination country.
Product restrictions:
Please note we are unable to send any products containing alcohol internationally. Chocolates, macarons, mixed hampers, cakes and our Say Cheese! tin are also unable to be shipped internationally as they have a shorter shelf life.
Customs:
There are no extra fees to pay other than the price you see and the shipping. All tax is included in the final price. EU Customs have the right to hold shipments if required extra information or clearance. Please be assured that you will be contacted either by ourselves or DHL if this happens. IMPORTANT: CUSTOMS
For international deliveries, we send orders with duties and taxes pre-paid. In the majority of cases this allows parcels to clear customs smoothly without the need to pay import duties or tax.
However, customs authorities in some countries may apply additional local processing or administrative fees during their customs checks. These charges are set independently by the destination country and aren’t something we can predict or control.
If anything is required before your parcel can be delivered, the courier will get in touch with you directly. Keeping an eye out for any emails, texts or calls from them will help ensure your delivery stays on track.
Unfortunately customs procedures can vary from country to country and may change without notice, so if you’d like the most up-to-date information for your destination, your local customs office or the Taxation and Customer Union will be able to advise.
Please note that if any required customs payments are not completed and the parcel cannot be released for delivery, it may be returned or disposed of by the destination customs authority. In these circumstances we’re unable to offer a refund, as this is outside of our control.
