My friend absolutely loved these biscuits . ( I sent something similar to a different friend last year when tulips were the chosen flowers )
It always raises a smile - interesting twist on sending flowers through the post and lovely personal touch bythe hand iced message . I will certainly use Biscuiteers again in the future . Thankyou .

• Customer service phone contact experience surprisingly, terrible 0 stars.
• I wanted to amend an order- the phone lines were busy repeatedly from very first thing in the morning until afternoon closing - I left details for a call back, which to this day (now almost 2 weeks later) I am yet to receive. After repeated calls and messages, exasperated I gave up.
• Keep up the excellent standards of the biscuits etc but please sort out the customer services before it begins to cost you business!
