You say cookie, we say biscuit

A much loved British delicacy, tea and biscuits may seem a peculiar pairing to our friends across the pond (that’s you) and that’s because depending on what side of the Atlantic you live on cookies and biscuits have very different meanings.  

At Biscuiteers, as the name suggests, we specialize in biscuits however you might call our creations ‘cookies’. 

After a lot of research (and taste testing) we chose a twice baked english style biscuit as the base for our creations.

Our biscuits are made with a dough which means they can be cut into any shape and unlike a chewier cookie, they’re firmer and flatter with a distinctive snap, making them the perfect canvas for intricate icing and decorating. 

Available in vanilla, chocolate and gingerbread, our biscuits are hand-decorated by our icing artists with designs fit for every occasion.
