Will I be able to track my order?

Yes! You can track your parcel by clicking on the tracking link that is included in your shipping confirmation email. This is sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

The tracking link will either appear under the Royal Mail or Premium Courier tracking option, depending on the method you have selected.
Can I order for delivery at a later date?

Yes! You can choose a delivery date up to 6 months in the future. Just choose your date on the calendar after you have entered the address at checkout.

Can I add a gift message?

You have the option to add a gift message once you have added products to your basket. Just type your message into the box that says 'Make sure they know who to thank!'

Your message will be sent in one of our lovely hand-illustrated gift cards, and as we don't include sender information in our parcels, include your name if you want the recipient to know who sent it. Messages must be in English and emojis are not supported.
How will my order be packaged?

All of our biscuits are secured onto food-safe paper to stop them moving in transit. They’re carefully packed into our illustrated tins or boxes and then wrapped in protective corrugated outer boxes which keeps them safe during their journey. As we know most of our biscuits are sent as gifts, we don't include any prices, receipts or invoices.
What are the prices for EU & US Delivery?

Whilst our delicious biscuits are not subject to VAT within the UK, for deliveries into the EU or the USA, the cost of additional Taxes will automatically be added at checkout.
