Lemon Ganache: Sugar, Whole milk powder, Cocoa butter, Coconut milk, Butter (99.8% milk fat), Fresh lemon juice, Alcohol 96°.
Candied Ginger Ganache: Sugar, Whole milk powder, Cocoa butter, Coconut milk, Butter (99.8% milk fat), Fresh ginger, Black pepper, Alcohol 96°.
Franzipan: Sugar, ALMONDS (50%), Glycerol.
Dark Raspberry Ganache: Cocoa mass, Sugar, Whole milk powder, Condensed milk (7.5% milk fat), Butter (99.8% milk fat), Concentrated raspberry jam, Alcohol 96°.
Dark Rose Ganache: Cocoa mass, Sugar, Whole milk powder, Condensed milk (7.5% milk fat), Butter (99.8% milk fat), Natural concentrate of roses, Alcohol 96°.
Praline Crisp: HAZELNUTS, Sugar, Whole milk powder, Cocoa mass, Puffed rice.
Dark Orange Ganache: Cocoa mass, Sugar, Whole milk powder, Condensed milk (7.5% milk fat), Butter (99.8% milk fat), Concentrated orange jam, Alcohol 96°.
Caramelised Sesame Praline: HAZELNUTS, Sugar, Whole milk powder, Cocoa mass, Grilled and caramelised sesame, Natural vanilla.
Icing contains: Icing sugar, Water, EGG white powder, Food colours.
We use naturally derived colours wherever possible (Carotene, Beetroot extract, Red cabbage blue, Carbon and caramelised sugar) but your chocolates may contain up to FIVE of the following: E129, E128, E124, E104, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102, E422, E551, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.

How long do they last
Kept in a cool, dry place (but not in the fridge!) our chocolates have a minimum shelf life of one month, though we doubt anyone has the willpower to resist them for that long! If you're not sure, please check the best before date it's stamped on the underside of each tin.
As all our chocs are handmade, there may be some small variations in colour and design in each tin. We think this adds to their charm we hope you agree!
