The story of a Biscuiteers biscuit

At Biscuiteers, a lot of love and care goes into creating each and every one of our biscuits to help us spread a little Biscuiteers magic! From our expert icers, to our bakers, to dispatch, our team of biscuit enthusiasts all work together in our new Ministry of Biscuits to create beautiful hand-iced gifts to delight your friends and family.

Step 1

The first part of making any biscuit, of course, is creating the dough! Our bakers start by mixing ingredients from our famous recipe to create dough in four delicious flavours: vanilla, chocolate, all-spice and gluten-free vanilla. Once the dough is ready, our bakers cut the dough into a whole range of different shapes from elephants to birthday cakes, ready to be baked in the ovenStep 2
The biscuits then make their way to our Grand Icing Hall where our expert icers work on creating flood icing and line icing in every colour of the rainbow ready to be used to decorate our biscuits. Each biscuit has its own design steps, but most will start with our icers outlining shapes with line icing. Once that has dried, our icers will carefully flood the biscuits with icing, ready to be decorated again with line icing to add those finishing touches – everything is done by hand!
Step 3
Once our biscuits have dried we stick them onto food safe paper, ready to be packed snugly into our tins and boxes to be sent all over the world! Our biscuits will stay fresh for 3 months.
