From the biscuit design process, right up until we wave our intricately iced creations goodbye, our team of biscuit enthusiasts are there every step of the way ensuring each of our perfectly presented presents are delivered safely and securely to your front door.

Placing the order
It all begins with a click. Whether it's a big birthday celebration, an all important anniversary, or anything in between, you’ll find the perfect gift on Biscuiteers.com, on our app, or in our London based biscuit boutiques.

Once you’ve chosen your gift, you can personalise it, choose a beautiful gift box for it to go in and perfectly pair it with one of our little extra luxury gifts.

Designing the biscuits
Our in-house team of biscuit designers create collections for each season and every occasion, launching around 130 collections every year!

When we design our biscuit gifts, we consider the whole gifting experience. This means the design process not only focuses on how the biscuits look, but how they taste and also the packaging. Each of our biscuit tin collections are wrapped up in a hand-illustrated tin, which is designed to compliment the hand-iced biscuits inside.

Baking the biscuits
Once your order is received our Biscuit Bakers in the Department of Dough get to work! Our famous biscuit recipe is mixed and made using only the very best ingredients. All of our gifts are palm oil free, we use only free range eggs and focus on sourcing our ingredients from local suppliers where we can. In fact, 62% of our ingredients come from fellow British brands!

When the dough is rolled and ready, our bakers cut it into a whole range of different shapes from dinosaurs to birthday cakes, ready to be baked in the oven.
How long will Biscuiteers biscuits last?
Our Biscuits stay fresh for up to 9 months on arrival!

Hand-icing the biscuits
Once baked to perfection, the biscuits make their way to the Grand Icing Hall which is where the magic happens! Our talented team of icers ice around 3 million biscuits a year and undergo 600 hours of training to learn to ice in classic Biscuiteers style.

Each biscuit has its own unique design steps, all done by hand, Most start with line icing the shape, then carefully flooding the biscuits with icing, ready to be delicately decorated with line icing again to add those finishing touches.

Packing the biscuits
Once dry, our biscuits are checked for any imperfections. The biscuits that are up to standard are packaged snugly into our hand-illustrated tins and gift boxes to be sent all over the world!

We stop any biscuit breakage in transit by securing our biscuits with royal icing and covering them top and bottom with food safe padding.
Delivery to your doorstep
Now your biscuits are iced to perfection and all packaged up, it's time for them to embark on their journey to your doorstep.
