What could be better than beauty and biscuits? Selfridges invited us to create exclusive biscuits to be sold in their Technicolour Odyssey edit, celebrating the homecoming of Pat McGrath. A Technicolour Odyssey is a rainbow-hued extravaganza uniting the opulent obsessions, iconic inspirations and alluring addictions that have coloured Pat McGrath's 25-year career. To curate a selection of golden treasures from the world’s most iconic brands has been such an exciting element

    The brief was to create biscuits in Pat McGrath's favourite colour, gold and to bring to biscuit life, her hallmark logo system inspired by the authentication of the London Assay office.
    The result was two designs in decadent gold. One a box of perfect pouts, the other Pat McGrath's logo hallmark in biscuit form.

In celebration of Pat McGrath’s UK homecoming, we (and many other brands) are inspired by the legendary make-up artist’s love of gold. Of course, Biscuiteers was ready to get creative with something edible to add into the mix; although, these letterbox biscuits look almost too good to eat.
