Virtual School of Icing

We’re very excited to announce the launch of our Virtual School of Icing! With our new virtual icing lessons, you’ll learn all the same tips and tricks from one as you would in our classic School of Icing classes, all from the comfort of your own home.

One of our talented icers will lead the class – via zoom – live from one of our London icing cafes. At the end of the class you’ll have your own personal collection of biscuits hand iced by you, in one of our beautifully illustrated Biscuiteers tins.

Whether you’re a home baking enthusiast wanting to improve your repertoire or you just fancy learning something new, our School of Icing is just the ticket. Here you’ll master all the skills that we use in the Icing Hall at the Ministry of Biscuits – including colouring, piping, feathering, line and flood icing.
