Terms and Conditions: The Biscuiteers x Townhouse Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Biscuiteers, Townhouse, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary and only one entry per person will be accepted; multiple entries will be disqualified.

By entering this competition, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over and that you consent to receiving marketing emails from Biscuiteers and Townhouse. You can opt out of emails at any time.

Prize details: The prize is valid for 2 x Signature Gel Manicures with ‘Nail Art – Festive Collection’ Add-On at select Townhouse locations. Prize must be redeemed before 3 January 2026, subject to availability. Additional add-ons are not included. The prize also includes 2 x Afternoon Tea for Two at Biscuiteers with prosecco. Travel is not included and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash or credit alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by email within five working days of the closing date. If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, we reserve the right to withdraw it and select another winner. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Responsibility: Biscuiteers and Townhouse accept no responsibility for entries not received or technical issues of any kind. By entering, participants consent to their data being processed for the administration of the competition in line with GDPR and each promoter’s privacy policies.

Governing law: This competition is governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
