Fortnum & Mason
To mark the grand opening of their Biscuitorium, Fortnum and Mason commissioned a full biscuit replica of their flagship Piccadilly store. The design of this project took over 200 hours, with a team of 8 icers working for over 500 hours to complete the build.
Netflix x Bridgerton
As part of our exclusive Bridgerton x Biscuiteers collaboration, we created a biscuit replica of Bridgerton House to support our retail partnership. The installation was also displayed as the central point of Liberty’s Bridgerton pop-up.
Nespresso
Biscuiteers partnered with Nespresso for a festive retail collaboration which amplified the launch of their seasonal spiced coffee. To support the visual merchandising of the partnership, Nespresso commissioned themed biscuit builds for their stores.
Selfridges
We teamed up for a special project with Bompas & Parr to create a vision of London’s lost and un built architecture, created entirely from gingerbread. The installation filled Selfridges’ Christmas window, covering 10msq and standing at 1.8m high.
Waddesdon Manor
The ultimate biscuit doll’s house, our biscuit build of Waddesdon Manor in Buckinghamshire was over 2 metres long. Every detail of the historic 1870s interiors were beautifully captured in icing.
Covent Garden Market
We created a gingerbread replica of Covent Garden
market to bring some Biscuiteers magic to the
piazza for Christmas. Using over 5kg of icing, no
detail was spared – including every window pane
and intricate festive foliage.
