Biscuit Ingredients: Flour (Gluten Free Flour Blend (Rice, Potato, Tapioca, Maize, Buckwheat)), OAT Flour (Wholegrain OAT Flour), Golden Syrup (Invert Sugar Syrup), Butter (MILK, Salt), Caster Sugar, Whole EGGS, Vanilla Flavouring (Propylene Glycol, Water, Flavouring Substances, Colour (E150d)), Xanthan Gum, Baking Powder (Raising Agents (Mono Calcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate), Corn Starch).

Icing Ingredients: Royal Icing Mix (Icing Sugar, Water, Albumen Powder (EGG), Citric Acid, Anti-cake Agent: E341), Water, Food Colouring (Humectant: (E422), Thickener: (E551), Corn Starch, Colours: (E102, E110, E129, E132, E133)).
