We're world-famous for our hand-iced biscuits, lovingly decorated at the Ministry of Biscuits in London, but we care just as much about what's underneath.

That's why our baking experts have created the perfect shortbread, brought to you in all its naked glory, with just the right balance of snap and crumble, satisfying flakiness and melt-in-the-mouth butteriness. We use only the best British butter, dried raspberries and lemon zest in our shortbread to create a lovely fruity taste.

Everything we make is hand-crafted in our London HQ, using traditional baking techniques and only the finest locally sourced ingredients—natural butter produced in the UK with British milk, flour from carefully selected wheat growers, free-range eggs and a touch of Biscuiteers magic to give that perfect home-baked taste. Ingredients: Plain flour (WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate), niacin, iron, thiamine, butter (MILK), caster sugar, maize starch, lemon zest (5%), dry raspberry 0.8% (cocoa butter, raspberry, sugar, tapioca starch, raspberry juice concentrate), raspberry natural flavouring (0.4%) (raspberry natural extract, glycerine E422).
