Terms and Conditions: The Eleanor Bowmer x Biscuiteers Giveaway (“Competition”) runs from 8 December to 15 December 2025 and is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Biscuiteers, Eleanor Bowmer, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the Competition are not eligible to enter.

Entry & Eligibility: No purchase is necessary to enter. By entering, participants agree to join the email marketing lists of both Biscuiteers and Eleanor Bowmer. You can unsubscribe from either list at any time. Only one entry per person will be accepted; multiple entries will be disqualified. Neither promoter accepts responsibility for entries not received or technical issues that may prevent participation.

Prize Details: The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value.

Winner Selection & Notification: The winner will be chosen at random from all valid entries and contacted by email within 5 working days of the Competition closing. The winner must respond within 7 days. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, the promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.

General: The promoters reserve the right to amend or cancel the Competition if necessary. Entry into the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The Competition is governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

Data & Privacy: By entering, you consent to your personal data being processed for the administration of the Competition and for receiving marketing communications from both Eleanor Bowmer and Biscuiteers, in line with their respective privacy policies:
