Introducing our 'Friends' biscuits - Biscuiteers

Calling all Friends fans! We’re absolutely thrilled to launch our unique anniversary biscuits this week, which we know will make you more ravenous than Joey before Thanksgiving.

And seeing as we have a bit of a sweet tooth (as you’ll have guessed), we thought we’d take a trip down memory lane to remember the most sugar rich episodes of the show. So for you biscuit enthusiasts, here are our top 5 moments of sweetness which will never get old.
5. Mockolate (from the one with the list)
Watching Monica try to lessen the evil which is Mockolate definitely left an unpleasant taste in our mouths. But at least we didn’t experience the crumbly-bubbly sensation of the synthetic chocolate or the pain while peeing. Instead, we were left with a smile on our faces and relief that Fish-tachios never saw the light of day.
4. The irresistible call of cake (from the one with the birth mother)
We all have our "thing" and Joey's is “Joey doesn’t share food!” Some boundaries should never be crossed on a first date, and taking food off somebody else’s plate is one of them. We all knew there couldn’t possibly be a future with someone who stood for the opposite of everything that Joey believed in, so who can blame him for his unapologetic retaliation?
3. Feud among thieves (from the one with all the cheesecakes)
Although we don’t approve of cake coming between friends, we can certainly understand it. And when cheesecake keeps popping up on your doorstep, then surely it's a sign that you should eat it, right?
2. The one with Phoebe’s cookies
We know there’s nothing quite like the taste of home-made biscuits. Which is why we couldn't forget Monica’s disappointment when she realised that Phoebe’s grandmother’s secret recipe, passed down from her ancestor Nestle Toulouse, was no more than Nestle's toll-house cookie recipe from the back of the chocolate chip packet.
1. Rachel makes shepherd’s pie trifle (the one where Ross got high)
Our classic Friends food moment has to be Rachel’s ill-fated attempt at traditional English trifle for Thanksgiving, consisting of layers of lady-fingers, jam, custard, raspberries, more ladyfingers, beef sautéed with peas and onions, a little more custard, bananas, then whipped cream. You can try to put on a brave face for a while, but when it tastes like feet something has to give. And it certainly did in perhaps one of the greatest series of comic exchanges of the whole show.
Joey’s top food tips, from these episodes and others:
- Custard, jam and meat make a delicious combination.
- It’s always best to snack before big meals to warm up the stomach.
- Who needs to sail on a boat when you have beer on a boat?
- Always carry a fork around. You never know when it will come in handy.
- Sometimes, it’s best to choose cake over date.
How you doin?
