If you want to throw the best Easter party ever, you’re going to have to make sure it looks the part - and luckily for you we've put together a few ideas for you to get inspiration from! Plus we've got lots of delicious biscuity recipes for you to choose from, to ensure your Easter is one to remember...
Set the table:
We've used biscuits from our Easter Party collection to help decorate the table and we've iced our guests names onto the biscuits, plus they can eat their place settings once the party is in full swing. Less for you to tidy up too, yipee! We've set the table with these lovely cups and plates from our friends at Cath Kidston, giving the table a bright and fresh look. Plus if you fancy icing a Easter rabbit jolly ginger of your own we have a handy 'how to ice' blog post for you to try!
Bake them a treat:
Super simple and tasty - our Easter Carrot Cupcakes are sure to go down a treat with the whole family. A perfect edition to your Easter table, these are the perfect pud for kids and grown ups alike! Follow our simple step by step guide to bake these Easter showstoppers.
Create an Easter Tree:
The Easter tree originally stems from a tradition in Germany and Austria, where they celebrate Easter by hanging hollow eggs from the branches of trees. However we've put a Biscuiteers twist on it and hung biscuit eggs from our Easter egg collection, delicious!
Decorate the room:
No Easter party would be complete without decorations! Follow our easy step by step tutorial below to learn how to make your own kitsch rabbit bunting.
To make this you will need:
– a rabbit template (we found our online)
– scissors
– twine
– white pom poms
– glue
- hole punch
Start by drawing around your rabbit template on to colourful sheets of patterned paper, then cut each of the rabbits out.
Then add a small amount of glue to the rabbits tail and add a pom pom. Then using a hole punch, punch a hole into the first ear of the rabbit and thread your rabbits through on to the twine.
We added a knot after each of the rabbits so they wouldn't hop away. In our rabbit bunting we've kept it quite short and only used seven, but you could go to town and add as many as you'd like!
Finally hang up and display your creation, we're sure your guests will love the extra festive touch!
We hope you have a very happy Easter!
