Biscuiteers and Fortnum & Mason: Inside the New Biscuitorium
Fortnum & Mason have unveiled their brand new Biscuitorium at their iconic Piccadilly store - an entire space dedicated to celebrating all things biscuit. As you can imagine, we were thrilled to be part of it!

We were given the incredible opportunity to recreate all six floors of the famous Fortnum’s store entirely in biscuit form, crafting an extraordinary Fortnum & Mason biscuit doll’s house by hand.
The design process took more than 200 hours, with every floor meticulously planned to capture the magic of the original store. From the famous Food Hall and fragrance counter to the elegant Diamond Jubilee Tea Salon, our team worked from real images of the Piccadilly store to recreate every last detail in icing.
"As biscuits are pretty much the whole deal at Biscuiteers we think this is the best idea and we loved creating this amazing Fortnum's dolls house!" - Harriet Hastings, Co-Founder and Creative Director of Biscuiteers

Complete with charming touches including Fortnum’s iconic wicker hampers and a host of characterful animals, the icing process alone took more than 500 hours. A team of eight talented Biscuiteers icers carefully brought the entire creation to life by hand.
"Thank you to all who have been involved in bringing this to life... your work will bring a smile to our customers’ faces just when we all need it most." - Tom Athron, CEO at Fortnum and Mason

Standing 70cm tall and 130cm wide, the finished biscuit doll’s house now takes pride of place inside Fortnum’s grand Biscuitorium for visitors to enjoy.
If you’re visiting Fortnum & Mason this summer, be sure to stop by the Biscuitorium and see our biscuit creation up close! Don’t forget to tag us on Instagram @biscuiteersltd, we’d love to see your pictures from the store.
