Terms and Conditions: The Biscuiteers x Graham & Green Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Biscuiteers, Graham & Green, their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter. No purchase is necessary and only one entry per person will be accepted; multiple entries will be disqualified.

By entering this competition, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or over and that you consent to receiving marketing emails from Biscuiteers and Graham & Green. You can opt out of emails at any time.

Competition Prize:
One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries that meet the competition requirements. The prize includes a £200 Graham & Green gift voucher and the Ultimate Biscuiteers Hamper. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash or credit alternative. Travel is not included, and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.

Choosing the Winner:
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by email within five working days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within seven days of notification, Graham & Green reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to provide their full contact details and, if requested, proof of age or identity.

Responsibility:
No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable, or misdirected entries or for any failure of communication resulting from incorrect information supplied. Biscuiteers and Graham & Green reserve the right to check the validity of any entry and the identity of any entrant or winner, and to refuse to award the prize if reasonably considered in breach of these terms. By entering, participants consent to their data being processed for the administration of the competition in line with GDPR and each promoter’s privacy policies.

General:
Biscuiteers and Graham & Green may cancel, modify, or supersede the prize competition at any time if it cannot be conducted fairly or as specified due to events beyond their control.

Governing Law:
This promotion is governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
