How long have you been a Biscuiteer and what is your role?
I am an icer at The Ministry of Biscuits. I have been here nearly two years starting out as a seasonal icer in 2019.
What does a normal day at The Ministry look like for you?
We have well-structured days at The Ministry. There is always a clear beginning, middle and end which helps to keep me focused. I also get to see lots of friendly faces every day which really helped throughout lockdown.
What is the most exciting part of the job?
Getting to try the new collections. We often get to see and taste these before anybody else. Plus there is always lots of biscuits at break time.
In three words describe what it is like to work at The Ministry and be a Biscuiteer.
Friendly, welcoming, fast-paced.
What do you think are three essential qualities for any budding Biscuiteer?
Artistic, self-motivated, team player
What is your favourite biscuit collection?
Our Jolly Gingers.

How long have you been a Biscuiteer and what is your role?
I have been at Biscuiteers for three years, and I am a member of the bakery team. My role as a bakery assistant includes cutting biscuits, making the dough and operating all of the machinery.
What does a normal day at The Ministry look like for you?
As a member of the bakery team, I often have to start very early in the day. The biscuits need to be prepared and baked before the icers come in. We make the dough, cut all of the shapes and prepare them for the oven.
What is the most exciting part of the job?
The most exciting part of my job is using the cutting machine in the bakery. You get to see all of these shapes appear from flat dough - from the simplest shapes to complicated and intricate designs.
In three words describe what it is like to work at The Ministry and be a Biscuiteer.
Fun, exciting, happy environment.
What do you think are three essential qualities for any budding Biscuiteer?
Patient, team player, motivated.
What is your favourite biscuit collection?
My favourite collection is our New Home biscuit tin. Shop assistant ![]()
How long have you been a Biscuiteer and what is your role?
I have worked at Biscuiteers for 3 years and my role is a shop assistant.
What does a normal day at a Biscuit Boutique look like for you?
I take care of the customers that come into the shop by showing them which collections are best suited to their occasions. I also serve our customers that want to take part in our DIY sessions and icing experiences!
What is the most exciting part of the job?
To see all of the bespoke biscuits that are made in the shop.
In three words describe what it's like to be a Biscuiteer?
Exciting, enjoyable, fascinating
What do you think are 3 essential qualities for any budding Biscuiteers?
Friendly, chatty, enthusiastic
What is your favourite biscuit collection?
Best in Show biscuit tin. The dogs always bring a smile to my face.

How long have you been a Biscuiteer and what is your role?
I have been at Biscuiteers for 7 months as an icer. I started as a seasonal icer but was lucky enough to be offered a full-time contract.
What does a normal day at The Ministry look like for you?
There are several different areas to being an icer. We start the day by finding out if we are flooding, outlining or completing the detail on each biscuit. Then as a team we work through that day’s collection until completion before moving onto the next collection.
What is the most exciting part of the job?
Working on the new collections and learning new techniques.

What do you think are three essential qualities for any budding Biscuiteer?
Passionate, driven, friendly.
What is your favourite biscuit collection?
My favourite collection is our Tool Kit Luxe biscuit tin. I especially enjoy icing the new screwdriver design.
