We're world-famous for our hand-iced biscuits, lovingly decorated at the Ministry of Biscuits in London, but we care just as much about what's underneath.

That's why our baking experts have created the perfect shortbread, brought to you in all its naked glory, with just the right balance of snap and crumble, satisfying flakiness and melt-in-the-mouth butteriness.

White Chocolate & Cranberry shortbread: Plain WHEAT Flour (WHEAT Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Nicotinamide, Thiamine Hydrochloride), Butter (MILK), Sugar, White Chocolate 7% (Sugar 46%, Cocoa Butter 29%, Whole MILK Powder 23%, Emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, Natural Vanilla Flavouring), Dried Cranberries 7% (Cranberries, Cane Sugar, Sunflower Oil), Cornflour, Salt, Cinnamon.

How long do they last?

All of our biscuits will have up to 2 weeks shelf life from the moment they leave our kitchens for delivery. Store in a cool, dry place, away from strong light. Once opened, store in an airtight container for best quality.

We're the original hand-iced biscuit company, and with that comes a fair bit of biscuit wisdom

Each of our biscuits are works of art, intricately hand-iced the old-fashioned way at our London HQ, the Ministry of Biscuits. And whilst we're best-known for our piping prowess, we care just as much about what's underneath, mastering the perfect balance of snap and crumble in our biscuit bake. Once the biscuits have made their way out of the Grand Icing Hall, they're then carefully hand-packed into our beautiful hand-illustrated tins and gift boxes, ready to be sent off to someone special.

Beautifully wrapped

Our shortbread arrives to you in style, in our signature hand-illustrated box. To keep our shortbread fresh (and tasting fabulous) we pack them in a compostable plastic bag. Once you've polished off our melt-in-the-mouth buttery shortbread - or biscuits in the buff as we like to call them – you can recycle everything.
