Our brownies cocktail hour gift box is a collection of 9 perfectly indulgent chocolate brownies, topped with a glossy ganache and a hand-iced Biscuiteers touch. Complete with our favourite Espresso Martini cocktail, our new gift box will be sure to make it their best birthday yet!

Each one of our brownies is lovingly handmade and unique. Slight variance in colour and texture is to be expected. Our brownies are delicate and very occasionally may arrive with tiny imperfections in the icing but this shouldn’t affect the overall design (or taste!)

Icing Ingredients: Icing Sugar (Icing Sugar, Anti-Caking Agent: E341), Water, Royal Icing Mix (WHEAT Starch, Dried EGG White, Sugar, Acidity Regulators: Calcium Lactate, Tartaric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Lactic Acid, Dextrose, Stabiliser: Guar Gum), Glucose Syrup, Caster Sugar, Cider Vinegar (Apple Cider Vinegar, Antioxidant: (SULPHUR DIOXIDE)). Food Colouring: (Humectant: (E422), Carrier: (E1520), Thickener: (E551), Corn Starch, Colours: (E102, E110, E129, E132, E133)). Dark Chocolates have Cocoa Solids 74% and 54% min.

Each of our biscuits are works of art, intricately hand-iced the old-fashioned way at our London HQ, the Ministry of Biscuits. And whilst we're best-known for our piping prowess, we care just as much about what's underneath, mastering the perfect balance of snap and crumble in our biscuit bake. Once the biscuits have made their way out of the Grand Icing Hall, they're then carefully hand-packed into our beautiful hand-illustrated tins and gift boxes, ready to be sent off to someone special.
