Once baked to perfection, the biscuits make their way to the Grand Icing Hall which is where the magic happens! Our talented team of icers ice around 3 million biscuits a year and undergo 600 hours of training to learn to ice in classic Biscuiteers style.
Each biscuit has its own unique design steps, all done by hand, Most start with line icing the shape, then carefully flooding the biscuits with icing, ready to be delicately decorated with line icing again to add those finishing touches.
