We're the original hand-iced cookie company, and with that comes a fair bit of cookie wisdom

Each of our cookies are works of art, intricately hand-iced the old-fashioned way at our London HQ, the Ministry of Biscuits. And whilst we're best-known for our piping prowess, we care just as much about what's underneath, mastering the perfect balance of snap and crumble in our cookie bake. Once the cookies have made their way out of the Grand Icing Hall, they're then carefully hand-packed into our beautiful hand-illustrated tins and gift boxes, ready to be sent off to someone special.
