We are now looking for a full-time Seasonal Dispatch Administration Assistant to join our busy team for the festive season in Wimbledon to start as soon as possible and stay until the end of the year.

Reporting to the Dispatch Team Leader, this role will involve:

· Processing and checking online orders

· Being the link between Dispatch and Customer Service · Assisting with other duties within dispatch (e.g. packing orders) when required

You will need:

· The ability to work independently and as part of a team

· A flexible approach

· Strong organisational skills · The ability to communicate effectively with all team members

· To be computer literate

· The ability to work well under pressure and use initiative

· A basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen

· A can-do attitude and able to perform physical duties

· To be punctual and reliable

· Previous experience of dealing with postal orders and systems (Intersoft/Magento) would be ideal, however not essential as training will be given

· A love of biscuits is a must!

There is also the opportunity for temporary roles to be made permanent in January 2020 depending on vacancies.
