Her day-to-day role includes managing incoming enquiries, requests and orders from our customers. Paris works closely in her team to co-ordinate responses across telephone, email, LiveChat and social media.
We’re on the hunt for Customer Service Team Assistants to join Biscuiteers at the Ministry of Biscuits in Colliers Wood, South London. Christmas is our busiest time of year so we are looking for additional support from the end of October to end of December 2020.
As part of the Biscuit Happiness team you will be responsible for supporting all incoming enquiries from Biscuiteers customers. This includes answering questions about our products, tracking deliveries, placing orders for customers and everything in between!
You will work across a range of customer communication channels including:
– Telephone
– LiveChat
– Social media (Facebook & Instagram)
The right candidate will have:
– A positive and flexible attitude
– A good telephone manner
– To be able to work quickly and under pressure, with close attention to detail
– Enjoy chatting with customers and solving problems
– Preferred experience with ZenDesk
– Preferred experience in a Customer Service or Retail background, but not essential as full training will be given.
– A love of biscuits is a must!
