The winner will be notified and must respond within 5 days of being contacted to claim their prize. If the winner cannot be contacted within 28 days of the closing date, or fails to respond within the 5-day claim period, an alternative winner may be selected.

Terms and Conditions: The Royal Shakespeare Company x South Place Hotel x Biscuiteers Giveaway is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Biscuiteers, The Royal Shakespeare Company, South Place Hotel, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter. No purchase necessary and only one entry per person will be accepted; multiple entries will be disqualified.
One winner will receive a pair of tickets to see Twelfth Night at the Barbican in London and an overnight stay with breakfast in a twin or double room at South Place Hotel, London. The prize is valid for Friday and Saturday night stays and performances until 17 January 2026, subject to availability. Travel is not included, and any additional expenses are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries and notified by email within five working days of the closing date. If the prize is not claimed within 48 hours, we reserve the right to withdraw it and select another winner. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Biscuiteers, The Royal Shakespeare Company, and South Place Hotel accept no responsibility for entries not received or technical issues of any kind. By entering, participants consent to their data being processed for the administration of the competition in line with GDPR and each promoter’s privacy policies. Governed by English law, with any disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
