As you walk along the Brompton Road, a familiar English storefront has been all dressed up for Christmas. Aglow with stunning illuminations, the legendary Harrods department store has been transformed this festive season in a spectacular collaboration with Christian Dior.

Once you’ve stepped into The Fabulous World of Dior, a series of stunning in-store pop ups and charming products await you (including some special hand-iced biscuits), along with the Dior Café specially designed for the occasion.

Combining the classic British tea room with a hint of Hansel and Gretel, the fairy tale setting of the Dior Café is the perfect oasis from the hustle and bustle of Harrods at Christmas time. This enchanting slice of Christmas is complete with a sweet selection of gourmet treats and classic culinary specialties that will entice any and all visitors.

As a final dedication to the theme of gingerbread, Dior came to the biscuit experts (that’s us) to create a remarkable collection of irresistible gingerbread biscuits, exclusively available at the Le Café Dior in Harrods.

Our master icers and biscuits for business team worked together to bring to life classic symbols of Dior in beautifully hand-iced form: the Dior Book Tote, Saddle and Lady Dior bags, the compass rose, the J’adore perfume, the Oblique suit, the signature CD Diamond motif and even the 30 Montaigne plaque.

As well as ensuring delicious hand-iced biscuits were on the menu at Le Dior Café, our biscuits for business team also worked with Dior to create bespoke corporate gifts for the brand, using the same inspiration of their classic branded motifs.

Overall, The Ministry of Biscuits provided nearly 20,000 biscuits for The Fabulous World of Dior festivities, which are available to experience until January 3rd 2023. The project began all the way back in July and involved just over 1,600 hours of skilled icing to ensure we created a magical collection that complimented the enchanting Dior experience at Harrods.
