Why not go the extra mile and make biscuits for your wedding favours or as edible place settings!Practice makes perfect:1) Create your royal icing using our super easy flood and line icing recipe as a guide. Make sure your icing is the right consistency so that it flows evenly from the piping bag. **Hint** it should be the consistency of toothpaste.

2) We always practise the style of writing we want to achieve on parchment paper first. Print off letters and use this as a guide. This enables you to become familiar with using a piping bag and controlling the flow of icing. Use the guide until you are confident with the piping bag.
