Ingredients: 72% Dark Mint Ganache Square: Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Cocoa Mass, Fresh Cream (MILK), Cocoa Powder, Glucose, Whole MILK Powder, Sorbitol, Alcohol, Mint Oil (0.1%), Natural Flavouring, (Emulsifier, SOYA Lecithin).

Icing Ingredients: Icing Sugar (Icing Sugar, Anti-Caking Agent: E341), Water, Royal Icing Mix (WHEAT Starch, Dried EGG White, Sugar, Acidity Regulators: Calcium Lactate, Tartaric Acid, Cream of Tartar, Lactic Acid, Dextrose, Stabiliser: Guar Gum), Glucose Syrup, Caster Sugar, Cider Vinegar (Apple Cider Vinegar, Antioxidant: (SULPHUR DIOXIDE)). Food Colouring (Humectant: (E422), Carrier: (E1520), Thickener: (E551), Corn Starch; Colours: (E102, E110, E129, E132, E133)). Dark Chocolate Contains Minimum 72% Cocoa Solids, Milk Chocolate Contains Minimum 34% Cocoa Solids, 20% Milk Solids.
