Our Little Miss Birthday Cake is a triple layered sponge cake covered with delicious buttercream and topped with fondant. It is then hand-iced with beautiful Little Miss decoration ready for your birthday party.

Biscuiteers delicious triple-layered sponge cakes are available in zingy lemon and rich chocolate. They're iced by hand, with a message of your choice and beautifully detailed decoration, and delivered in a cake tin with the iconic Biscuiteers shop illustration.

To give your cake that extra personal touch, you can add a message of your choice up to 30 letters which we will ice in our best handwriting around the top of the cake. Our cakes have a shelf life of 5 days and are 10.5cm high by 16.5cm diameter which serves 10 –12 people. Our fruit cakes contain nuts.

What's in our cakes?

Our lovely cakes are made with salted butter, caster sugar, icing sugar, self-raising flour and pasteurised eggs.
Lemon cake: lemon zest, baking powder, lemon juice. Raspberry jam: raspberries, sugar, apple pectin, lemon juice.
Chocolate cake: dark chocolate, plain flour, bicarbonate of soda, light muscovado, cocoa powder, milk. Raspberry jam: raspberries, sugar, apple pectin, lemon juice.
All spice cake: all spice, baking powder. Marmalade: orange, lemon, sugar, water. Made with fresh fruits which may contain pips.
Icing: icing sugar, water, Meri-white meringue powder, food colours. Crunchy sugar: confectioner's glaze, carnauba wax, food colours*.
Fondant: sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable oil, glycerine, emulsifier (E471), acetic acid and sodium acetate, stabiliser (gum tragacanth), flavouring. *We use natural and naturally derived colours whenever possible (carmine, carotene, beetroot extract, red cabbage blue, paprika, carbon and caramelised sugar), but your cakes may contain up to five of the following: E129, E131, E124, E104, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102, E422 and E551 which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Allergy advice: Contains wheat gluten, eggs and milk. Our cupcakes are made in kitchens that also prepare lots of other lovely delicious things that include nuts and sesame seeds.
How long do they last?

Our cakes have a shelf life of 5 days. Store in a cool dry place.
