How to make biscuit cocktail toppers

At Biscuiteers HQ we are all ready for the Bank Holiday Weekend and have our fingers crossed for lots of sun! If you’re hosting celebrations over the weekend, wow your guests with our biscuit toppers – the perfect addition to a bank holiday cocktail in the sun. They're also perfect for ice cream toppers on a hot day! We’ve chosen to ice tropical fruits to channel some holiday vibes.

When cutting your biscuits, remember to cut out a whole in the centre of the shape for the straw. Use something slightly bigger than a straw like a pen lid.
Once your biscuits are out of the oven and completely cooled, you can start icing! Choose from one of the many designs on our blog here.
