Our new vegan collection

What better way to start the year than with something sweet?
Last year our Department of Dough worked their magic on a delicious new vegan gingerbread bake. Using gorgeous golden syrup and a generous helping of cinnamon and ginger, we've created a rich, sweet and oaty bake that is as yummy as it sounds!

To decorate our vegan collection, we also had to put our heads together and come up with a new vegan friendly icing. Our wonderful team of icers from The Grand Icing Hall tried and tested different recipes to find that perfect consistency and glossy shine, before finding that recipe that was just right.
And to start the year off, we're adding more designs to our vegan biscuit collection. Choosing from some of our firm customer favourites, we've put together a collection of biscuit tins and letterbox biscuits to suit any occasion. We're so excited to have launched this new collection, and we can't wait to spread a bit more biscuit magic to more of our customers.
