Last year our Department of Dough worked their magic on a delicious new vegan gingerbread bake. Using gorgeous golden syrup and a generous helping of cinnamon and ginger, we've created a rich, sweet and oaty bake that is as yummy as it sounds!
To decorate our vegan collection, we also had to put our heads together and come up with a new vegan friendly icing. Our wonderful team of icers from The Grand Icing Hall tried and tested different recipes to find that perfect consistency and glossy shine, before finding that recipe that was just right.
