2. Once the biscuits have completely cooled you can start icing. Using your fuchsia line icing, pipe the outline of the bird and leave to dry for 10 minutes at room temperature. Using the image above as a guide, fill the bird in with light pink, white and fuchsia flood icing. Pop the biscuits back onto a baking tray and into the oven on the lowest temperature for 40 minutes. Don’t worry, your biscuits wont bake any further.
