The master icers of Biscuiteers have cast a spell and brought the Wizarding World of Harry Potter to life, in our latest project with Uber Eats and RobotProof.
As a part of their activation campaign building upon their popularity in Northern America, Uber Eats have partnered with Warner Bros to create the ‘Wizarding World Holiday Trunk’.
Inspired by the briefcase familiar to many Hogwarts students, the Wizarding World Holiday Trunk accompanies a collection of chocolate frogs, Biscuiteers Hand-Iced Harry Potter Biscuits and many more fan favourites from the franchise, with an AR experience like no other. Bringing the enchanting world of Harry Potter to the doorsteps of families across their Northern American market.
As a part of the immersive experience, participants can work together to build their very own Hogwarts Gingerbread House courtesy of us - ‘London’s esteemed gingerbread bakery, Biscuiteers’, as kindly called by Georgie Jeffreys, Uber Eats Head of Marketing, US & Canada.
The bespoke Hogwarts DIY Kits were just one part of our involvement with one of the biggest branded partnerships in Warner Bros history. Our icing wizards and Biscuits for Business team were also responsible for the creation of nearly 4000 Harry Potter themed hand-iced biscuit tins that depict various symbols from the wizarding world, including the Golden Snitch, the Nimbus 2000, the Hogwarts Express and much more.
Overall, the project involved over 3,800 working hours - that’s a lot of biscuits baked and iced! In fact, we made over 112,000 biscuits, packed over 500kg of sprinkles and bagged over 1,500kg of icing sugar.
