Step 1: Draw the outline of your sunflower biscuits using a yellow line icing, use the image above as a rough guide. You'll need to make one small circle in the centre and a sun shape around the edges. Let the line icing dry for around 10 minutes. Step two: Fill your biscuits with yellow flood icing. Then pop them into an oven that has been set to the lowest temperature (usually around 50°C), leave them to dry in there for approximately 40 minutes or until the flood icing has set hard.
