A bit about our vanilla biscuits

Our biscuits are our own unique recipe, based upon traditional twice baked English style biscuits. Its texture is somewhere between the snap of a gingerbread and the crumble of a shortbread. Our vanilla bake uses delicious Madagascan vanilla to give a warm, sweet taste.

Ingredients:

Biscuit: flour, butter, sugar, golden syrup, pasteurised egg, the best cocoa powder, vanilla pods or all spice.
Icing: icing sugar, water, meriwhite meringue powder, food colours*.
Crunchy sugar: confectioner's glaze, carnuba wax, food colours*.
Allergy advice: contains wheat gluten, eggs and milk. Our biscuits are made in kitchens in which we also prepare lots of delicious things that include nuts and sesame seeds.

How long do they last?
All of our biscuits will have at least 1 month's shelf life from the moment they leave our kitchens for delivery.

*We use natural and naturally derived colours wherever possible (carotene, beetroot extract, red cabbage blue, paprika, carbon and caramelised sugar) but your biscuit collection may contain up to four of the following: E129, E124, E122, E104, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102.

As all our biscuits are handmade, there may be some small variations in colour and design in each tin. We think this adds to their charm we hope you agree!

Behind The Scenes

We're the original hand-iced biscuit company, and with that comes a fair bit of biscuit wisdom

Each of our biscuits are works of art, intricately hand-iced the old-fashioned way at our London HQ, the Ministry of Biscuits. And whilst we're best-known for our piping prowess, we care just as much about what's underneath, mastering the perfect balance of snap and crumble in our biscuit bake. Once the biscuits have made their way out of the Grand Icing Hall, they're then carefully hand-packed into our beautiful hand-illustrated tins and gift boxes, ready to be sent off to someone special.

Beautifully wrapped..

Our signature keepsake tins are all hand illustrated, featuring designs bespoke to the occasion, and are as iconic as our biscuits. Not only are the tins completely recyclable, they are also perfect for reusing once you've enjoyed our delicious biscuits inside. Why not use them to plant some seeds, or store all your baking bits and bobs?
