But, like great biscuits (and great businesses), this wasn’t baked overnight. We were put under the microscope undergoing a rigorous audit and proving our impact across everything from governance, community and employee well-being to sustainability. Less than 5,000 businesses in the UK have made the cut, and we’re proud to be one of them.
