Gift Aid it! Donating through Gift Aid allows Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity to claim at least an extra 28p for every £1 raised.

I am a UK taxpayer and I agree to Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity claiming tax on all donations I make from today and during the six years prior to this date. Please treat my donations as Gift Aid donations. By ticking this form, I confirm that I am paying an amount of income tax and/or capital gains tax at least equal to the tax that Great Ormond Street Hospital Children's Charity will reclaim on my donations in the tax year.

As this declaration covers donations made in the future, please notify the charity of any changes of name or address while the declaration is in force. You can cancel the declaration at any time by notifying the charity. From the date of cancellation Gift Aid will not be applied to any donation you make. If your circumstances change and you no longer pay tax on your income and/or capital gains, equal to the tax that we reclaim, you should notify the charity to cancel your declaration.
