What’s in our cupcakes?
Our lovely cupcakes are made with salted butter, caster sugar,
icing sugar, self-raising flour, vanilla beans, baking powder and pasteurised eggs.
icing:
Icing: icing sugar, water, meri-white meringue powder, food colours.
Crunchy sugar: confectioner’s glaze, carnauba wax, food colours.*
Fondant: sugar, glucose syrup, added water, vegetable oil,
glycerine, emulsifier: E471, acetic acid and sodium acetate,
stabiliser: gum tragacanth, flavouring.
Allergy advice: Contains wheat gluten, eggs and milk.
Our cupcakes are made in kitchens that also prepare lots of other
lovely delicious things that include nuts and sesame seeds.
*We use natural and naturally derived colours whenever
possible (carmine, carotene, beetroot extract, red cabbage
blue, paprika, carbon and caramelised sugar) but your
cakes may contain up to 5 of the following: E129 E131
E124 E104 E110 E133 E155 E153 E102 E422 E551
which may have an adverse effect on activity and
attention in children.
How long do they last?
Our cupcakes have a shelf life of 5 days. Store in a cool dry place.
