oh, how to tell that special someone just what you’re feeling? it’s always been so tricky… until now. this beautiful ‘heart-u’ mini fruit cake will leave them in no doubt that this is the real thing. and they’ll love you even more when they tuck in….

These dinky little delights are perfect for those times when a full-size cake would just be too much. Delicious handmade fruit cakes full of traditional ingredients, beautifully detailed decoration and delivered in a lovely Biscuiteers cake tin.

To give your cake that extra personal touch, you can add a message of your choice up to 26 letters which we will ice in our best handwriting around the top of the cake. Our cakes have a minimum shelf life of a month and are 10.5cm diameter by 6.5cm high which serves 4-6 people.

What’s in our Fruit cake?

Fruit cake: 62% mixed fruit (vine fruits, dates, figs, cranberries, apricots (E220), glacé cherries (E202, E330, E127, E220) citrus peel), butter, sugar, flour, free-range eggs, ground almonds, 5% cider brandy, lemon zest and juice, spices, splash of Vodka.
Marzipan: Sugar, almonds, glucose syrup, water, invert sugar syrup, humectant (E420), preservative (E202).
Icing: icing sugar, water, Meri-white meringue powder, food colours. Crunchy sugar: confectioner’s glaze, carnauba wax, food colours*.
Fondant: sugar, glucose syrup, water, vegetable oil, glycerine, emulsifier (E471), acetic acid and sodium acetate, stabiliser (gum tragacanth), flavouring. *We use natural and naturally derived colours whenever possible (carmine, carotene, beetroot extract, red cabbage blue, paprika, carbon and caramelised sugar), but your fruit cake may contain up to five of the following: E129, E131, E124, E104, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102, E422 and E551 which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Allergy advice: Contains nuts, wheat gluten, sulphates, eggs and milk.

How long do they last?

Our Mini fruit cakes have a minimum shelf life of one month. If you’re not sure, please check the best before date – it’s stamped on the underside of each cake tin. Store in a cool dry place.
