Competition Terms

  1. Entry is based on registering as a user at www.biscuiteers.com
  2. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  3. Only one prize can be given per household. There is no cash alternative.
  4. The last date for entry is 23:59 on the last day of the month of the promotion.
  5. The draw is not open to businesses, employees or agents of Biscuiteers.
  6. The draw is open to UK residents only.
  7. Winners will be selected at random and notified by email.
  8. The prize one free tin of biscuits per month as specified on the website.
  9. The prize is non-transferable.
  10. The winnerÕs name can be requested in writing from Biscuiteers (see address above).
  11. We may ask for the winner to let us use their name in our publicity materials, but would only do so with their consent.
  12. Eligible entrants will be automatically entered into the draw unless they opt out by contacting us at Biscuiteers.
  13. The PromoterÕs decision is final in all matters relating to the promotion.
