It couldn't be easier to send your friends a tin of our lovely hand-iced biscuits.
To order:
Hit 'Buy Now' on one or multiple products to add to your shopping basket and follow these six steps to complete your purchase:
Step 1 Confirm Items
shows you which products you have chosen.
Step 2 Log in or create an account
Simply follow instructions on screen. As a registered customer it's even quicker and easier to send Biscuiteers and manage your orders.
Step 3 Enter Address
Enter your billing address and the delivery address for the lucky recipient.
Step 4 Choose Delivery
For tins our standard is first class, recorded delivery. For guaranteed next day delivery use our special delivery option. Biscuit cards travel by first class mail or special delivery.
Most importantly, type in your gift message (max 200 character). Don't forget to write your name at the end if you want them to know who sent the biscuits. If you don't want to send a message, tick no message box.
You can now select your dispatch date to enable you to plan your biscuit deliveries in advance. Please bear in mind that delivery dates can only be guaranteed if you select special delivery. If you don't select a later date, your biscuits will be sent same day if you order before 1.00pm, or the next day if you order after 1.00pm.
Step 5 Payment info
We use Pay Point secure payment gateway so you can shop with confidence. Choose your payment method and enter your card details then submit your order
Step 6 Review Order
Check all your order details here. If you want to change anything click edit.
We'll send you an email to confirm your order and your payment and we'll get your biscuits winging on their way.
Note: If for some reason we are unable to dispatch your biscuits within the stated time frame, we will contact you by email to offer you later delivery, an alternative collection or a refund - whichever you prefer.
