Where is my personal message?
Your message is printed on the reverse of the address label which is clearly marked ‘turn over to find your personal message’. We also stamp our parcels to make the message really easy to find.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we ship our delicious biscuits using Royal Mail ‘International Signed For’ service.
How many Biscuits are in the tins?
The large tins contain an average of 16 biscuits and the mini tins an average of 9.
How big are the Biscuit cards?
Our biscuits are safely packaged in a box that is 12cm x 9cm x 2cm. The biscuits vary in size according to design. The smallest are the stiletto shoes which are about and inch and half long. The pictures show the sizes in the boxes.
How long will my biscuits be fresh for?
Our biscuits have a shelf life of 4 months in an unopened tin, but we challenge anyone to keep them that long!
Can I have my biscuits sent to arrive on the same day?
Unfortunately we do not offer same day delivery on our website, however if you are ordering before 1pm we will dispatch that afternoon and you can select guaranteed next day delivery. We can arrange couriers in London if you give us a call on 08704 588 358.
Where are my biscuits?
Any order placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same day, and we offer Royal Mail first class recorded delivery and Special delivery options.
Biscuit cards are sent by 1st class delivery or courier next working day delivery. Royal mail advises delivery in 2-5 working days using standard
first class and the courier service mainland UK is delivered between 9am – 6pm the next working day. Please note Northern Ireland, Channel Isles,
Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands are on 2-3 day service.
Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery by Royal Mail which are outside of our control. All parcels sent by recorded
delivery or courier delivery are tracked but we cannot track 1st class mail. Royal Mail categorises a parcel as lost if undelivered after 15 working days.
If your parcel has not arrived after 15 working days, we will issue a refund or send your biscuits again, whichever you prefer.
What ingredients are used to make Biscuiteers biscuits?
In our yummy biscuits you can find –
Biscuit: flour, butter, sugar, golden syrup, pasteurised egg, the best cocoa powder, vanilla pods or all spice.
Icing: icing sugar, water, meriwhite meringue powder, food colours*.
Crunchy sugar: confectioner's glaze, carnuba wax, food colours*.
Allergy advice: contains wheat gluten, eggs and milk.
Our biscuits are made in kitchens that also prepare lots of delicious things that include nuts and sesame seeds. We use natural and naturally derived colours wherever possible (carmine, carotene, beetroot extract, red cabbage blue, paprika, carbon and caramelised sugar) but your biscuit collection may contain up to 4 of the following: E129, E124, E122, E104, E110, E133, E155, E153, E102. As all our biscuits are handmade, there may be some small variations in colour and design in each tin. We think this adds to their charm - we hope you agree!
