UK delivery
We offer either Royal Mail 2-day Tracked or Courier Next working day delivery options.
Royal Mail
Both our biscuit cards and tins are sent on a Royal Mail 2-day tracked service. The biscuit cards do not require a signature and will be popped straight through your letter box. Tins and multiple items do require a signature and if the recipient is not in a ‘while you were out’ card will be left so they can re-arrange a delivery or pick it up from their local post office. The Royal Mail 2-day tracked service aims to deliver within two working days (Monday-Saturday) from the date of dispatch. Royal Mail advise that 95% of the parcels arrive on time but can occasionally be delayed. Orders for postcodes starting with GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, ZE2 and ZE3 may require an additional day to reach the recipient. Delivery dates are not guaranteed and Royal Mail will not consider a parcel lost until 15 working days after dispatch
Courier deliveries
Courier deliveries are guaranteed next working day delivery in mainland UK for orders placed before 1pm. We also offer Saturday delivery but there is £5 additional charge. Courier deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Isles, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands are sent by Royal Mail special delivery and can take up to 3 working days depending on destination.
Please be advised that courier deliveries are made from 9am to 6pm and will require a signature.
Please be aware that delivery dates are not guaranteed unless you select Next Working Day courier as the delivery method – which means your order will be delivered on the next working day after dispatch. Orders placed before 1 pm on weekdays (UK Standard Time) will be dispatched on the same day unless a different dispatch date is chosen. Orders placed after 1 pm will leave our kitchens the next working day. We do not dispatch on Saturdays or Sundays or bank holidays. We are closed between Christmas and New Year.

International delivery
We offer delivery to many destinations. We offer a choice of two delivery methods: Royal Mail international delivery and Parcelforce. This enables customers to choose the best price and service for their order.
Please note all international deliveries are always subject to custom clearance which can occasionally cause delays.
Royal Mail International
Where possible we send all parcels by Royal Mail Airsure. However Airsure is not available to all destinations (see below*)
Royal Airsure is a tracked service and aims to deliver to Europe in 2-4 working days and Rest of the World in 4-6 working days after posting. The speed of service is generally a day faster than international signed for airmail.
Where Airsure service is not available we send by Royal International signed for.
Royal Mail International Signed for is not a fully tracked service and aims to deliver within 5 working days for the rest of the world.* Airsure destinations: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Irish Republic, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, USA, Azores (Portugal), Balearic Islands (Spain), Canary Islands (Spain), Corsica (France), Faroe Islands (Denmark), Madeira (Portugal), Monaco (France).
Parcel Force International
This is a fully tracked service. Delivery times vary depending on destination and region but on average deliveries are made in 2-5 working days. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery within this time, some regions can take slightly longer.
