IMPORTANT: CUSTOMS
For international deliveries, we send orders with duties and taxes pre-paid. In the majority of cases this allows parcels to clear customs smoothly without the need to pay import duties or tax.
However, customs authorities in some countries may apply additional local processing or administrative fees during their customs checks. These charges are set independently by the destination country and aren’t something we can predict or control.
If anything is required before your parcel can be delivered, the courier will get in touch with you directly. Keeping an eye out for any emails, texts or calls from them will help ensure your delivery stays on track.
Unfortunately customs procedures can vary from country to country and may change without notice, so if you’d like the most up-to-date information for your destination, your local customs office or the Taxation and Customer Union will be able to advise.
Please note that if any required customs payments are not completed and the parcel cannot be released for delivery, it may be returned or disposed of by the destination customs authority. In these circumstances we’re unable to offer a refund, as this is outside of our control.
