To ensure your festive treats arrive before Christmas just make sure you order before 4pm on the following dates:

IMPORTANT: CUSTOMS

When ordering to a country outside of the UK, your order maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when it arrives at the specific destination. 

 You will be responsible for payment of such import, taxes, Import VAT or custom clearance fees. Please note that Biscuiteers have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. To understand these charges, you can find more information via the Taxation and customer Union or by contacting your local customers office for further information before placing your order. 

 We understand when sending a gift, you want to avoid the recipient of the gift being charged for the import duties and taxes, so we have an agreed service with DHL where they will attempt to contact you before your gift arrives for payment. This may be via an email, call or text it is important you look out for these, as your gift will be held by customs until paid and if not paid within an agreed time frame will be destroyed. If gifts are not received due to failed payment of duties and taxes unfortunately Biscuiteers will not refund your order.

You can order up to 4pm on 23rd December to be in time for Christmas delivery. Plus all of our collections will stay fresh for up to 9 months on arrival.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?

You sure can! Simply tell us your preferred date and we'll take care of the rest. And you can order now for delivery at a later date in the next 6 months.
Do you deliver worldwide?

Absolutely. Our sleigh will deliver across the globe.
Can I send biscuits to multiple addresses in one order?

Yes! We make things as simple as possible for you to send our biscuits to all of your nearest and dearest.
Will the biscuits stay fresh?

All of our biscuits are sent out to keep fresh and delicious over the festive period and into the new year.
How are the biscuits sent out?

All our biscuits are carefully packaged in beautiful hand-illustrated boxes and tins. We've designed a very special way to keep them secure in their boxes so they arrive in perfect condition.
